The sub-project is entitled: "Sustainability, resilience - the societal challenges of climate change and adaptation"
CROSSES OF SHEAVESCollection from the Common depository of the sustainable Carpathian BasinINTRODUCTION:News about the state of our environment is emerging more and more frequently nowadays, and we take them in with increasing apathy. We do so in spite of the fact that in the past few years, we have not just read or heard about, but also witnessed grim portents manifest themselves in our daily lives: droughts, torrential rains, increasing food prices, the struggle for the remaining resources and the resulting wars. In this collection, we present promising solutions and encouraging experiments from across the Carpathian Basin: from intellectuals who are descendants of countrymen ultimately returning to their ancestors' way of life, to agricultural innovators and successful communities. In the case of each of them, we can say that behind their success is a recognition of the values of our created world, and that their every action, thought and intention points to its Creator.
